Fearless Confidence

Patience, endurance, and fearless confidence are things we need to value and hold tightly to because they help us fulfill the will of God and bring a reward that is meant for us to enjoy. These three things require the help of Holy Spirit living inside of us to truly operate at the level needed in these times.

These are often things the enemy tries to get us to let go of. Just think about how often fear enters our hearts and minds. Or how often we loose patience with things that seem to drag on forever and instead of enduring we are tempted to give up. How about when peer pressure or today’s culture make you question things you were once very confident in?

This verse tells us not to fling away our confidence. In other words, we have the option to stand fearless in confidence knowing the Lord has us or we can choose to fling it away. It is a choice.

We have to keep pressing through, knowing God has a plan and a good reward to those who persevere. God, give us a fresh dose of fearless confidence and steadfast patience and endurance! 

“Do not, therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a great and glorious compensation of reward. For you have need of steadfast patience and endurance, so that you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and thus receive and carry away [and enjoy to the full] what is promised.” Hebrews‬ ‭10:35-36‬ ‭AMPC‬‬
