No Matter What, Today is Good!

“This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”  Psalm 118:24 ESV

The other day the Lord spoke this scripture to my Spirit and He said “No matter what your day is looking like, it’s still My creation and My gift. It will always carry in it something to rejoice and be glad about.”  

I was sick at the time so I must have needed to hear that because I wasn’t rejoicing lol. But this is so true. We can always find something to be thankful for, something to marvel at about His creation and that God has given us another day to enjoy Him and all that He has made.

Our perspective is always being challenged and God wants us to keep it focused on Him and not our circumstances. So no matter what our day looks like, we can choose to find something good that God has given us to enjoy and rejoice in that, be glad! God is always good!
